Penetration test report configuration

Reconmap simplifies by creation of pentest reports with the use of customisable templates. It comes with a pre-defined pentest report template but you can change styles, cover, header and footer, as well as deciding which options to include or exclude from the report.

After a report revision has been generated and stored, it can be delivered by email directly from the report screen. Users can send the revision to all client contacts, only general/technical/billing contacts, or to a custom list of addresses entered manually.

The generated report file is attached automatically and the email is processed in the background, so the user does not need to wait on the report page for SMTP delivery to finish.

Managing report templates

You can upload and delete custom report templates directly from the Report templates screen under the Reports section: * Add a report template: Click the Add report template... button, provide a version name, optional description, and select the .docx file from your device. * Delete a report template: Click the Delete (trash) icon next to a template. Note that pre-packaged system templates cannot be deleted.
